How can we help, mate?

Yes, as long as you create a Dynamic code. You can edit the destination link directly from your account dashboard whenever you need, and your physical QR codes will immediately direct visitors to the new location.

The free Mate plan allows anyone to generate and download unlimited standard static QR codes.

Upgrading to our paid Big Red plan unlocks dynamic editable links, real-time scan analytics, custom logo uploads, vector print exports, and full access to our complete collection of Australian bio page templates.

Yes. We provide scalable vector formats (SVG and vector PDF) alongside high-resolution PNG files.

Scalable vector files maintain clean, razor-sharp edges without pixelation at any physical display scale, allowing commercial print shops to output them cleanly on everything from business cards to storefront decals.

RooQR Bio Pages provide mobile-first landing profiles with 50 industry-tailored templates designed for Australian trades, hospitality, and independent businesses.

You can claim a unique handle (e.g. rooqr.com/@yourname) that remains reserved to your account, and publish or unpublish your page at any time using a simple visibility toggle.

Yes. Paid Big Red subscribers can upload custom business logos directly into the centre of their codes.

Free Mate users can still style their codes with our dot, corner and colour controls, plus framed or labelled minimalist designs.

All static QR codes generated on RooQR operate independently and continue working.

If you cancel a paid plan, active dynamic codes and custom bio handles remain saved in your account, though dynamic redirection and live scan logging will pause until your subscription is renewed or updated.

Yes, though we recommend maintaining high contrast between your foreground pattern and the background canvas.

Standard smartphone cameras read dark codes on light surfaces most reliably, but our builder includes real-time contrast indicators to help ensure your designs remain easily scannable.

No. We do not sell data to third parties.

Our dynamic scan analytics only collect non-identifiable, aggregate operational metadata (such as device type, browser, approximate geographic region, and timestamps) strictly to help you understand your scan performance.
